COMPASSION IN ACTION DURING THE HOTTEST MONTHS
As temperatures soared across the UAE, DP World Foundation launched the Circle of Care Campaign to prioritise the well-being of workers in high-exposure environments. This initiative focused on workers’ accommodations, where intense heat can pose serious health threats. In line with the national “Year of Community” vision, we delivered thousands of water cartons directly to workers, ensuring they remained hydrated and safe during the most demanding months of the year.

SUSTAINABILITY AND IMPACT IN EVERY DROP
The campaign’s core was not only humanitarian support, but also environmental awareness. In collaboration with DP World Logistics and Global Market Access, 16,000 bottles of responsibly sourced Norwegian water were distributed in fully recyclable Tetra Pak packaging. The campaign reinforced our belief that practical support can align with sustainability, delivering immediate relief while reducing ecological impact.
EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT THAT BUILDS CONNECTION
What made this campaign truly special was the direct participation of DP World employees in the field. It became a platform for solidarity. This personal interaction deepened empathy, nurtured authentic human connections, and reminded us that behind every bottle is a story of a life deserving of care. It sparked real conversations and built bridges that transcend roles and titles.

COMPASSION THAT TRANSLATES INTO ACTION
This initiative went beyond logistics and numbers; it embodied the Foundation’s core values—empathy, responsibility, and purpose-driven action. It recognised the indispensable contributions of our workforce and ensured they felt acknowledged, protected, and uplifted. As we move forward, we continue to foster a culture rooted in compassion, inclusion, and a shared sense of belonging, where no one is left behind.
