DP WORLD FOUNDATION RETURNS AS DIAMOND SPONSOR FOR DIHAD 2025, REINFORCING HUMANITARIAN LEADERSHIP

Dubai (UAE), 29th April 2025: DP World Foundation is taking part at 21st Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development Conference and Exhibition (DIHAD 2025), which opens today, as the Diamond Sponsor for the second consecutive year.

Taking place from April 29 to May 1 at Dubai World Trade Centre, DIHAD 2025 gathers major international organisations, UN agencies, and leading humanitarian actors under the theme "Humanitarian Aid and Development in a Polarised World”.
 
At Booth B01, DP World Foundation showcases its impactful initiatives, strategic partnerships, and community-driven projects through interactive exhibits. Senior leadership, including Latifa Al Qemzi, Director General of DP World Foundation, will engage with visitors throughout the event.


 
As part of its knowledge-sharing efforts, DP World Foundation will host a high-level panel discussion titled “Redefining Impact: Advancing Dubai’s Charitable Sector Through Integration, Transparency, and Innovation” today (April 29). Esteemed speakers from Dar Al Ber Society, Noor Dubai Foundation, Dubai Charity Association, and the Community Development Authority will explore the evolving charitable ecosystem, digital transformation, and collaborative frameworks to enhance humanitarian impact. The session will be moderated by media professional Ibrahim Ustadi.
 
Additionally, Latifa Al Qemzi delivered a keynote address during the conference session, “Globalisation and Localisation: The Role of Foundations in Empowering Communities and Enhancing Aid Delivery”. Her remarks underlined DP World Foundation’s vision of bridging global ambition with local empowerment, advancing inclusive development strategies, and fostering sustainable aid delivery.
